CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact support@rosylucys.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Before Processing

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before it enters fulfillment.

However, cancellation is not guaranteed.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot generally be canceled.

If you no longer wish to receive the order, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery, provided the items are eligible for return.

Address Changes

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately.

We will attempt to update the address before the order is shipped.

Once the package has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect it.

RosyLucys is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
